NOS Foundation

The National Orange Show cares about its community. As the giving arm of our organization, the National Orange Show Foundation has a long tradition of community partnership. The foundation fulfills its mission through its commitment to support community organizations and their many programs in the Inland Empire.

The National Orange Show Foundation proudly provides funds for:

  • Education programs in agriculture, health, and general studies
  • Services and programs that benefit at-risk children and their families
  • Programs and services that improve quality of life
  • Student Scholarships
  • Community enrichment
  • Literacy

The National Orange Show Foundation annually hosts a fundraiser called Wine and Food Under the Stars, long considered the “premier food tasting event” in San Bernardino. Proceeds from this elegant evening benefit the National Orange Show Foundation and local charities.

We invite you to join our mission by giving back to the community through a donation to the National Orange Show Foundation. All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent provided to you by law.

Citrus Institute

A permanent feature of the Orange Show since 1919, the National Citrus Institute is designed to educate local citrus growers on the industry’s latest information, innovations, and updates. In the past, the institute has been an invitation-only conference for citrus growers in Southern California, however, due to the serious threat to all citrus imposed by Asian Citrus Psyllid, the conference audience has been expanded to include any party interested in citrus, including homeowners.

Citrus meetings will be held throughout the year for the community.

The program is currently developed by:

  • University of California Cooperative Extension – Riverside County
  • The Citrus Research Board
  • California Citrus Mutual
  • University of California, Riverside
  • The National Orange Show
  • University of California Cooperative Extension – San Diego County
